Brarydog's one rodent who's cool, cool, cool - Too cool to pay attention at Prairie Dog School. One day he was dreaming and woke up with a jerk When the teacher said, "Now, here's your homework. Read a good book, write some history facts, Practice your math, and don't forget to subtract. Learn a page full of words and their definitions, And write a report using 10 prepositions." Just when his attention was beginning to ebb, A thought popped up-Go to the Web! He ran home to his burrow, back to his own turf, Turned on his laptop and started to surf. He found lots of information all over the net. "But it's too complicated!" he started to fret. Just then he jumped up and shouted, "Yippee! I've got it all figured out - I can make this easy!" He tapped at his keyboard all through the night, And when he was through, he had his own web site. It had news, it had maps, and flags of all nations. For a really good book, it had recommendations. Magazines, and pictures, and encyclopedias, Audio, and video, and multimedia. His web page had links to all the sites he needed. When he turned in his homework, it was clear he'd succeeded. brarydog.net's a hit at Prairie Dog School. It makes homework a cinch, and it's so SO cool! (like brarydog) |
